In this episode we sit down with owner Of Fusion Xcel Julien "J smooth" Williams. Julien's school is one of the fastest growing teams in the country right now. Fusion has been visited by many of the legends of the sport such as Lyoto Machida, Glover Teixeira, and Alex Pereira just to name a few. During his tenure as a fighter Julien amassed an impressive 12-1 MMA record with fights in Bellator and M-1. We talk about the challenges of growing a team, working with the largest promotions in the world, and coaching fighters at the highest level of the sport.
